1. Where do you ship to? We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available yet.

2. What are the shipping options and costs? Our US delivery options:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $0 (free on orders meeting the minimum threshold)
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10 (if below free shipping threshold)

The exact free shipping threshold is shown clearly at checkout.

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free Standard: 7–14 business days

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) is available on qualifying orders. The minimum spend is displayed automatically at checkout.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to love your vacuum. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Full details on our Returns page.

6. How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking number and link via email after shipping. You can also check the status in your VaculuxePro account under “My Orders”.

7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

8. Are your vacuums cordless and good for pet hair? Yes! Most models are cordless with strong suction power, HEPA filtration, and excellent performance on pet hair, dust, and debris on carpets, hard floors, and car interiors.

9. Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us as soon as possible via email (support@vaculuxepro.com) or live chat. We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible before shipping.
